You can issue an invoice using the following methods:

- An email to the manager.
- An application to the office mail.
- Through the online store. When you click the "Place an order" button, the invoice is transferred to the requests from the website.
When placing an order, it is IMPORTANT to provide the following information:
- Full name of the recipient (the person who will receive the order at the time of delivery or pickup). When delivering or picking up the order, you MUST have an identity document with you.
- Phone number for communication.
- E-mail to receive the completed application.
- Comments on the order (address, delivery method, etc.).
After processing the order, the client is contacted to clarify the details and arrange delivery. After that, the client receives an invoice for payment.
Terms of order fulfilment
Racks are shipped from the warehouse within 3-5 working days. In the case of a bulk order, the lead time may be extended.
Aluminium profiles and commercial equipment are shipped from the warehouse within 3 working days.
Shipment is possible from Monday to Friday.
Due to the difficult situation in our country today, we must warn you in advance that we are trying to ship orders as soon as possible. However, in some cases, there may be a delay of several days.

Information for the client
The cost of delivery through the carrier company depends on:
- the price list corresponding to the type of parcel (Racks, profiles, commercial equipment);
- weight and dimensions of the parts, including packaging;
- insurance (% of the value of the goods);
- destination (settlement);
- type of delivery service (door or warehouse).
If an application is made to a branch that cannot accept the goods due to weight or dimensions, the delivery is sent to the 1st branch of the settlement.
Any claims regarding the quality of delivery and customer service are accepted by the carrier until payment and delivery of the goods. After the goods are handed over to the recipient, no claims against the carrier will be considered.
Responsibility for carriage
The seller is responsible for the quality and quantity of the material only until it is received by the delivery service. In the event of a dispute between the customer and the carrier, the customer shall act in accordance with the terms and conditions of the carrier. In this case, the seller does not participate in the consideration of claims from the customer to the carrier company and is not liable to the customer for the carrier's obligations. For its part, the seller, as the sender, shall provide the necessary information and documents on the shipped goods at the request of the carrier.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", a customer may request the seller to return or exchange previously purchased goods. Below you can find a list of warranty cases, as well as the return and exchange procedure for different product groups. Returns and exchanges are possible if you have supporting documents and a valid reason.
The maximum time limit for filing a return request for a new product is 2 weeks, excluding the day of purchase.
It is possible to apply for a return of goods if
- the product was not in use (not subject to installation);
- all seals and labels are intact;
- the integrity of the kit and packaging is not compromised;
- a document confirming payment has been retained.
Racks and aluminium profiles made to individual customer sizes are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994.
The warranty for all racks is 24 months, provided that the installation instructions and operating rules specified in the product passport are followed.
Warranty cases:
Visible factory defects: deviations from the parameters specified in the manufacturer's passport.
Hidden factory defects: considered on an individual basis.
Warranty obligations do not apply in the following cases:
- natural wear and tear;
- accidental damage caused by the customer or damage caused by negligent handling or use (exposure to liquids, dust, etc.)
- damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- damage caused by the use of the goods for other purposes or in violation of the operating rules.
In case of returning the goods, the client contacts the manager by phone numbers listed on the website. The manager informs the client where to send the return and sends a refund application to the client. After the return is received from the client, the funds are refunded to the details specified in the application. The refund period after the return is 7 days.
